Group Marketing and Search Executive

Positive, highly organised, and driven, Izzy will support in executing a comprehensive headhunting approach to secure top-tier talent. With a focus on precision and a keen eye for detail, Izzy ensures a seamless and efficient process that guarantees the introduction of the best candidates.

Driven by a genuine passion for understanding people and with an academic background in Psychology, Izzy shares valuable insights and fosters an online community on Tribus People’s social channels.

Matt

Coaching, Transformation & Change

Matt is a passionate and creative business mentor and coach, highly experienced in initiating and leading business transformation and change. He has specific experience in building high performing teams that have delivered both effective organisational change and digital (IT) change. He has experience across Europe, Scandinavia and the Americas and has also lived and worked in the Asia Pacific region. 

He has led and grown numerous consulting teams – first in the ‘delivery of complex transformational change’ and secondly in ‘strategic change and organisational transformation’. He is extremely experienced in both working alongside and in challenging c-suite leaders.

Outside of work, Matt is a trustee of a charity that designs and manufactures 3D printed limb devices for children and adults who are missing limbs and is also an author and illustrator of twelve children’s books having created “Chops”, the world’s first limb different children’s book character.

Clare

Coaching, HR & Organisational Design

Clare has over 20 years’ experience within a People and Business discipline. As an HR and Change practitioner she fully understands the challenges and opportunities faced by business leaders within a complex and continually changing external operating environment. Clare has extensive experience working across a wide breadth of industries and sectors.

As a qualified ILM Level 7 Executive Coach and Mentor, Clare has coached in excess of 100 clients through the process of career and personal change transition. Clare’s approach is to provide a positive and engaging environment where individuals and businesses are able to explore where they are now, where they want to be in the future and to develop the path to achieve their goals.

Dolly

Team & Leadership
Coaching

Dolly is a highly experienced coach, speaker and team developer with contagious enthusiasm.  She has coached individuals and teams at all levels for the past 13 years and is a positive, strategic leader and natural communicator with the drive to make things happen. She has a wide range of experience in coaching, speaking and training across a broad range of industries including the technology, retail, media and charity sectors.

Outside of work, Dolly loves playing with her kids, is a keen sportswoman and is often helping with local community projects.

Elizabeth

Talent Advisory, leadership & strategy

Elizabeth has over 25 years of global leadership, consulting, diversity & inclusion and talent advisory experience. She has worked both with and for SME’s and global businesses and brings a wealth and depth of knowledge to the Tribus team.  She has an engaging, straightforward, and genuinely caring approach.

Chris

Coaching & Change Management

Chris is a dynamic business change consultant and coach with a track record of delivering a broad range of complex change programmes and projects.  He has over 25-years’ practical experience across the public and private sectors and various industries: management consulting, defence, software development, healthcare, Home Office, mobile telecoms, automotive and engineering. 

Chris has worked at an executive and operational level and has significant experience of advising and coaching senior managers as well as personally delivering output. Educated to Masters Degree level in Business Management and Economics, he is a pragmatic employer of best-practice methodologies: MSP, ITIL, Lean and 6 Sigma.

Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time with his young family and is a regular ultra marathon competitor having run events including the UTMB.

Kate

Coaching, Culture Change & HR

Kate works with organisations who value their people and supports them in stripping back unnecessary red tape. She has over 20 years experience as an HR Professional, working for the likes of Heinz, Boston Tea Party and ASK Italian. Using her extensive experience of transformational culture change and combining it with the latest knowledge and research, Kate helps organisations dramatically improve the world of work.

Through coaching, Kate’s empathy and intuitive curiosity enables individuals to identify what is holding them back and supports them to build their confidence so they can achieve their goals. Outside of work, you’ll find Kate with family and friends, thoroughly enjoying all things Devon – whether it be in the water, woods or pub.

Monica

Monica has a specialisation in leadership development and is also a highly experienced training facilitator. Her career spans over 20 years in International and corporate HR across multiple continents and countries (UK, Australia, Malaysia, Switzerland, China and Hong Kong).

Her own personal leadership experience led her to multiple senior positions across a number of global organisations and industries including professional services, finance, insurance and non-profit.

Now based in Hong Kong, Monica partners with local and international organisations and leaders across the globe supporting with them on their courageous journeys of personal and professional transformation and discovery. Her motivation comes from seeing her clients empowered and inspired to be the best and most authentic versions of themselves. In doing what she loves, she also lives and honours her own values and purpose of living and loving courageously.

Vikki

Wellbeing & happiness coach & consultant

Vikki is a Doctor of clinical psychology, happiness & wellbeing consultant, positive psychologist, international speaker, author, humanitarian, adventurer and believer in change for good. 

Vikki focuses on proactive and preventative strategies for forward thinking organisations, enabling them to create long lasting, successful cultures by putting the health of people first. Her client list includes education, healthcare, the armed forces, aviation, maritime security, law firms and management companies. Typically, she offers specialist consultation, inspirational speaking, 1:1 coaching, bespoke workshops and retreats. 

Bridging the gap between operational and corporate worlds, she designed and led a national wellbeing programme with Virgin, working alongside leaders and executives, embedding effective practices into company strategy and ethos, with sustained, outstanding results.  

Championing the Wellbeing Economy, Vikki promotes positive leadership and a movement towards a better world, by blending the wellbeing of people with wellbeing of the planet. She recently wrote a book about how to be authentically happy, which is in publication.  

She is usually found in the forest, sea or snow and doing what she can to create a happier world.
