We’ll retain information you complete on our Services for as long as we need it to provide you / your organisation with the Services or we are explicitly asked to remove the information.
If personal data is requested by any individual, we will undertake a Senior Management Team review considering the scope of the request, its legality, its fit to the wording and spirit of the Data Protection Act 1998 and reasonableness i.e. time and cost to provide. The outcome of the request will be communicated with 10-working days.
All data collected and stored by by us or our system provider(s) falls under United Kingdom and European Data Protection legislation, which permits us only to use the data for the purpose for which it was collected, and prevents us from selling it. We cannot export this data to countries that have less secure data protection legislation without direct permission from the clients’ whose data we hold.
You can usually change your browser’s settings so that it will not accept cookies, although this may restrict some website functionality. You may also manage the cookies on your browser using the security or privacy settings. Usually the browser help function will provide you with instructions on how to manage your settings.
