Our fast growing and innovative client is looking to add to their Leadership team with this newly created role, part of helping them hit their next milestone, multi-million pound, turnover target next year!
The company are specialists within the world of sales. They work on a retained, long term, basis with big named clients. Their role is to ‘plug in’ as the lead/revenue generation function and they have a great reputation for results (and for being a great employer!)
This role is about being the strategic lead within the account management/onboarding function to make sure that client objectives are met/exceeded. You’ll be client facing at the highest level and the ‘sign off’ for the project strategy – and ensure the results. You’ll also be responsible for the direction/support/training of the growing team, currently 7.
This ‘agency style’ business is very fast paced and would suit a confident and decisive leader who comes from a B2B service background – and who’s used to managing multiple projects across a varied client base. Must be innovative with strong problem solving skills.
