Head of Sales (Fast growing Tech)

Salary: £75-85k (poss negotiation) with an OTE c160k

Location: Bristol or London preferred

Job description

This is a fast growth Tech start up who’ve just secured their series A funding and are scaling quickly. They have a service that allows clients to use the best tech talent in the world and to build teams for specific development projects. They mostly work with other creative agencies whose clients have on going need and a constant stream of projects, although at times you might be working directly with a client and therefore liaising with a CTO or Head of Engineering.

The Head of Sales role is a ‘player/manager’ and managing 2 very capable/experienced Senior BDM’s as well as delivering against a personal new business target. The numbers are high but very achievable.

The role is as you’d expect – delivering a personal number/team target and other deliverables as per the strategy, leadership, improving process and joining up the service across other departments. We’re looking for someone who has a tech background that will make them credible with the team but also in talking to senior technical decision makers within a business (CTO, Head of Engineering)
