Location: Exeter (or remote!)
This fast growth, privately owned, SME is looking for a Head of Client Success. They have grown quickly, from 18 to 27 people in the past year – and this is set to continue. The wider team are a diverse range of business professionals who have strong research, creative, financial, commercial and project management skills but are continually evolving and reflecting in order to be the best they can be. They are structured and have all the foundations in place to be successful.
The current ‘Success Team’ is a mix of sales/account management and marketing type skill sets, with most people coming from a science/tech or professional services background. This role is ‘player/manager’ and you’ll therefore manage the existing small team whilst also being very involved in client contact (innovative organisations across the country) and ensuring success! There are immediate plans for the team to grow, in addition to this role.
The role sits on the SLT and this is potential career development/progression longer term.
We’re looking for a decisive leader/manager with a sales or account management background (ideally gained from within professional services, science, tech/data) who understands the art of ‘success’ and can listen and pick up the detail of a requirement, is skilled at customer management and relationship nurturing. Who can manage/support and grow a team – and contribute to the company’s success.
The company have an office in Exeter but are very open to the role being remote or part remote.
