Our client is a fast-growing organisation, with ambitious plans ahead for customer and account growth and are putting in place and developing the necessary team to support this. The organisation works with large, global, household names and you’ll be responsible for a number of their key clients.
We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager, with significant experience of building and developing long-term relationships with high-value customers and multiple stakeholders. Whilst increasing the value of these accounts is key, you’ll be focussed much more on being seen as a strategic partner, someone who is known for being curious about the organisations you work with, as well as the subject matter expert.
You’ll need to be creative, with a passion for the arts/entertainment (for example in a creative agency) or a background in psychology and have proven experience in designing innovative solutions that solve challenging problems. Experience of creating bespoke solutions is essential, as is the ability to bring them to life, in order to excite and inspire, whilst fully understanding the financial and commercial considerations. You’ll be responsible for delivery, overseeing projects with your customers, from beginning to end.
The organisation has offices in London and Plymouth, however, this will be predominantly a remote role, with travel to customer sites and the occasional visit to meet up with other internal teams.
