Salary: up to £80k
Location: Home based/South West senior team
Our client is a fast growing social enterprise building a senior team in the South West. This is a new role with responsibility for leading the finance, HR, operations and technology side of the organisation. We’re looking for someone who’ll implement structure and process around people and operations. The organisation employers 24 in the UK at the moment (there are other teams overseas) and will be increasing headcount this year and next.
We’re looking for someone dynamic who understands ‘lean start up’ and has experience building teams, implementing structure, project management and understand the finance/numbers/budgets side of an organisation. As part of this role you’ll also put in place contracts/agreements and ensure the organisation is compliant. You’ll continually review process and efficiency.
We’re looking for a strong leader who has worked in a fast growing start up and understands the challenges the organisations are facing, it would be great if you have a background in sustainability/environmental/marine or waste/resources. It would also be beneficial if you’re used to working in a similar environment that has both business and social goals – and have an appreciation for the various stakeholders involved.
